水通道蛋白AQP1和AQP5在腮腺黏液表皮样癌中表达的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究AQP1及AQP5在腮腺黏液表皮样癌(mucoepidermoid carcinoma,MEC)中的表达及分布。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测35例腮腺黏液表皮样癌(高分化18例,中分化10例,低分化7例)和20例正常腮腺组织AQP1和AQP5的表达及分布。结果:AQP1和AQP5在腮腺黏液表皮样癌中主要定位于组织的血管内皮细胞、腮腺腺泡上皮中,在腮腺正常组织中主要位于腮腺腺泡上皮。在癌中的表达量明显高于正常组织,差异显著性分别为P<0.01和P<0.05。分化程度不同的黏液表皮样癌组之间AQP1和AQP5表达相比差异也有显著性(P<0.01)。AQP1和AQP5的表达与淋巴结转移有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:AQP1和AQP5在腮腺黏液表皮样癌中均有表达,并可能与促进肿瘤血管的生成有关,与腮腺黏液表皮样癌的发生、发展和预后有明显的关系。 Objective: To detect the expression level,distribution and diversity of aquaporin 1( AQP1) and aquaporin 5( AQP5) in mucoepidermoid carcinoma( MEC) of the parotid gland. Methods: The expression,distribution and diversity of AQP1 and AQP5 were measured by immunohistochemical technique in 35 cases of MEC( 18 cases of well- differentiated,moderately differentiated in 10 cases,7 cases of poorly differentiated) and 20 cases of normal tissue. Results: AQP1 and AQP5 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid gland were mainly located in the tissue of vascular endothelial cells,parotid acinar epithelium and part of the stroma,and in the parotid normal tissues were mainly located in parotid acinar epithelium. The expression in cancer was significantly higher than that of normal tissue( P 0. 05). Degree of differentiation between mucoepidermoid carcinoma group AQP1 and AQP5 expression difference was also significant( P 0. 01). AQP1 and AQP5 expression and lymph node metastasis,the express differences were statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Expression of AQP1 and AQP5 in mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid gland may promote tumor angiogenesis,parotid mucoepidermoid carcinoma occurrence,development and prognosis has obvious relationship.
