白介素-11治疗恶性肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少症的临床观察

Clinical observation of interleukin-11 in the treatment of malignancy chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia

目的:观察白介素-11治疗化疗后血小板减少症的疗效和不良反应。方法:选择住院化疗病人血小板减少者82例,随机分成治疗组42例(白介素-11)和对照组40例(维血宁颗粒),血小板计数低于80×109/L时予升血小板治疗,治疗组给予白介素-11 1.5mg皮下注射qd;对照组予维血宁颗粒治疗;血小板升至100×109/L停药,血小板低于20×109/L时输注血小板及止血对症处理。2-3日检查血常规,每日观察用药反应。结果:治疗组血小板恢复时间5-16天,中位时间为7.2250天,停药后部分患者血小板仍持续上升。治疗组中2例血小板低于20×109/L,给予输血小板10U支持治疗。对照组血小板恢复时间为14-55天,中位时间为23.90天。两组之间的差异有统计学意义。结论:白介素-11具有明显的促进血小板生成的作用,可缩短血小板减少的持续时间,且不良反应轻,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect and side effects of interleukin-11 on the thrombopenia after chems treatment. Methods： To choose 82 cases of thrombocytopenia patients after chems treatment in hospital,dividing into treatment group 42 cases（ application interleukin-11） and control group 40 cases（ application weixueningkeli） at random. When platelet below 80 × 10^9/ L,give rise antiplatelet therapy. The treatment group was given interleukin-11 daily subcutaneous injection. The control group gave weixueningkeli. Platelet to 100 × 10^9/ L withdrawal. When platelet less than 20 × 10^9/ L,given platelet transfusion and hemostatic treatment. Examine routine blood every 2-3d and observe drug reaction everyday. Results： The platelet recovery time of treatment group was 5-16 days,the median time 7. 2250 days. Some patients＇ s platelet continue to rise after discontinuation. Two cases＇ platelet less than 20 × 10^9/ L at treatment group were given platelet transfusion treatment. The platelet recovery time of control group was 14-55 days,the median time 23. 90 days. The difference between the two groups had statistically significance. Conclusion： Interleukin-11 has obvious promoting thrombopoiesis effect,can shorten the duration of thrombocytopenia,and adverse reaction light.
