摘要 目的:总结下腔静脉后输尿管(retrocaval ureter,RU)的CT影像特点,并探讨CT泌尿系造影(CT urography,CTU)并多层面图像重建在腔静脉后输尿管术前诊断中的应用价值。方法:分析10例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的CT及其三维重建表现,观察总结病变输尿管的影像学特征。结果:10例患者均显影良好,诊断明确,动态延迟扫描容积重建(volume rendering,VR)均可以直观见到扩张的输尿管内造影剂充盈,呈"大喇叭状"或"萝卜根状"。结论:MSCTU及其三维重建可以直观显示输尿管和下腔静脉的解剖关系,具有无创、准确率高的特点,是诊断腔静脉后输尿管最好的方法。 Objective :To summarize the inferior vena cava ureter CT image characteristics, and to explore the CT urography (CTU) and muhi -dimensional image reconstruction retrocaval ureter(RU) preoperative diagnosis value. Methods :To perform CT and three -dimensional reconstruction of the ureter patients in 10 cases of the inferior vena cava,summarize the characteristics of the imaging of the diseased ureter. Results: All 10 patients were developing good, clear diagnosis, dynamic delay the scanning volume rendering (VR). Contrast agent filling the dilated ureter was "large horn- like " or" radish root like" intuitive. Conclusion: For MSCTU three -dimensional reconstruction can visualize anatomical relationship of the ureter and the inferior vena cava, with non - invasive, high accuracy, ureter best diagnostic vena cava.
