凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在食管癌中的研究进展

Livin是新近发现的人类IAP家族成员,为类内源性细胞凋亡抑制蛋白,Livin在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,通过抑制caspase在许多物种中起着抑制细胞凋亡的作用。近年来人们发现Livin特异性表达于食管癌细胞中,通过下调或抑制Livin基因的表达及诱导产生特异性地识别Livin的抗体可抑制、杀死肿瘤细胞,为食管癌的诊断、细胞和基因靶向治疗等提供新的方法。

Livin is a new and important member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein（ IAPs） family. Livin is high expressed in most human tumor cells,involved in apoptosis inhibition and closely related with tumor development and progression. Livin controls cell apoptosis in many species through restrains caspase. In recent years,Livin was found specificity expression in esophageal carcinoma cells. The tumor cells could be inhibited or killed by the antibody expression or inhibition of Livin gene. It could provide a novel strategy for esophageal carcinoma diagnosis and gene therapy.
