摘要 本文以中国南方电网的精益化管理为背景,以降低营业厅的运营成本为需求,以优化传统的供电营业厅服务为基础,通过探索新的服务模式,有效地提高供电企业的服务管理水平,最终实现客户体验的全面提升。智能营业厅采用先进的营业厅智能终端和手机等移动设备,在不改变传的供电营业厅业务办理流程和的前提下,探索更加智能、自动、快速的供电服务新模式。 This paper based on the background of the lean management of China Southern Power Grid,in order to reduce the construction cost as the key business office needs,to optimize the traditional power supply business hall service as the foundation,explored in the service of new requirement,effectively improve the new mode of business service management.In this paper,using the advanced intelligent remote artificial services and mobile services,further development and innovation,the introduction of "centralized business office" and mobile service platform,in the premise of not changing the business hall of the traditional business process and the customer experience,realize the operation of zero threshold,business management and artificial intelligent service,mental disorders and actively eliminate customer operating machine.
