摘要
目的全面了解斗山覆铜板工厂职业病危害因素现状和预防措施落实状况,分析产生问题的原因,为进一步加强职业卫生管理提供科学依据。方法对该工厂目前运行状态进行职业卫生学调查,详细了解作业流程、职业病危害因素分布、作业人员接触状况和患职业病情况。结果该工厂作业场所中二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯等有毒溶剂浓度符合国家检测标准,丙酮3个检测点内短时间接触浓度(STEL)超过国家标准5~13倍;工艺中未使用苯作为原材料或中间产品,但调胶车间2个取样气体中检出苯;噪声监测点18个,8 h连续等效声级都未超过标准[85 d B(A)]。防护设施三同时投入状况、个人防护用品使用、职业卫生管理、工厂专业人员配置等状况基本符合要求。对作业场所接触的毒物、噪声、粉尘、辐射、作业环境温湿度条件检测结果均合格,在岗职业健康检查结果经复查发现3人听力异常,1人肝功能异常。结论该工厂应将丙酮为代表的有机溶剂挥发气体的职业健康危害预防和火灾隐患预防为重点,将噪声危害预防作为职业病防治的另外一个重点工作,并注重职业卫生防护设施的合理设计和设置,加强个人防护用品佩戴管理。
[Objective]To comprehensively understand the current situation of occupational hazards in Doushan Copper Clad Laminate( CCL) Plant,know the implementation status of prevention measures,analyze the causes of the problems,and provide scientific evidence for strengthening the management of occupational health. [Methods]Occupational health survey was performed to investigate the running state of the plant,so as to research the production processes,distribution of occupational hazards,exposure status of occupational health among workers,and prevalence rates of occupational diseases. [Results]The concentrations of dimethylfomamide( DMF) and toluene in the workplace of this plant met the national standards. The short time exposure limits( STEL) of acetone in three detection points were 5-13 times greater than the national standards. Although there was no benzene as the raw materials or intermediate products in the production engineering,the benzene was detected in two points of glue workshop. The noise intensity was monitored in 18 detection points,and the 8-hours equivalent continuous sound levels were not higher than the standard of 85 d B( A). The three simultaneousness implementation of protection measures,use of individual protective articles,occupational health management,and professional personnel allocation basically met the standards. The detection results of poison,noise,dust,radiation,temperature and humidity in the working environment were qualified. In the in-service occupational health examination and reexamination,3 cases of auditory abnormality and 1 case of liver dysfunction were found. [Conclusion]The plant' prevention should pay attention to the occupational hazards of organic solvent volatile gases,which are represented by acetone,and the fire risk. Other emphasis of the occupational prevention and control is noise. Meanwhile,it is important to focus on the reasonable design and allocation the occupational health protection facilities,and strengthen the management of wearing the individual protective articles.
