乌鲁木齐市二宫街道社区卫生服务中心新建放射诊疗场所放射防护效果评价

目的对乌鲁木齐市二宫街道社区卫生服务中心新建放射诊疗工作场所进行放射防护控制效果评价,确定放射防护设施和防护措施在控制职业照射和防止潜在照射方面的有效性、适宜性,保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法将现场检测数据与国家标准进行比较。结果该中心工作场所周围区域空气比释动能率合格率为100%,影像质量检测结果为92.7%,放射诊疗工作场所放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准规定要求,需在个人防护用品的配置上进一步完善,维修CT机,确保受检者及放射工作人员安全。结论该中心新建放射诊疗建设项目判定为职业病危害一般类的建设项目,该中心放射放射诊疗工作场所放射防护控制效果基本达到国家标准要求,能基本保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。

[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of radiological protection of new radiotherapy workplace in Ergong Community Health Service Center of Urumqi,determine the effectiveness and suitability of the radiological protection facilities and the protection measures in controlling the occupational exposure and preventing the potential exposure,and ensure the health and safety of the radiological staff and the public. [Methods]The results of field detection were compared with the national standards. [Results]The qualified rate for the air kerma rate in the area around the workplace was 100%,the image quality detection results was 92. 7%,and the control effect of radiological protection in radiotherapy workplace basically met the requirements of the national standards. It is necessary to further improve the allocation of the personal protection articles,and maintain the CT machine,to ensure the safety of the subjects and the radiological staff. [Conclusion]The new radiological diagnostic construction project in the center is identified as the project with general degree of occupational hazards. The control effect of radiological protection in radiotherapy workplace has basically met the requirements of the national standards,and can ensure the health and safety of the radiological staff and the public.
