111例深静脉血栓患者临床抗凝疗效体会

Anticoagulation efficacy of 111 cases of patients suffered from deep venous thrombosis

目的观察低分子肝素联合苦碟子治疗下肢深静脉血栓111例。方法将111例下肢深静脉血栓患者随机分为治疗组和两个对照组,治疗组给予低分子肝素和苦碟子,第一个对照组应用传统低分子肝素加尿激酶,第二个对照组单纯应用低分子肝素。结果三组临床疗效分别为85%、87%和46%,出血发生率分别为2%、7%和1.5%。结论低分子肝素联合苦碟子治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效不亚于传统溶栓治疗,且出血等不良反应显著降低。

Objective To observe the therapy efficacy of LWH combined with Ixeris sonchifolia hance for DVT patients. Methods 111 DVT patients were separated into three groups randomly,patients in treatment group were provided with the LWH and Ixeris sonchifolia hance,patients in control group received the LWH and urokinase,but patients in the other control only treated with LWH. Results The efficiency of three teams were85%,87% and 46%,while the incidence of hemorrhage were 2%,7% and 1. 5% respectively. Conclusions The therapy efficacy of the LWH combined with Ixeris sonchifolia hance for the DVT is nothing less than the orthodox therapy,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of malignant effect.
