品管圈活动降低住院患者跌倒发生率的实践

The practice of quality control circle activities in decreasing the accidental fall rate of inpatients

目的探讨品管圈活动降低住院患者跌倒发生率的效果。方法成立品管圈,以降低住院患者跌倒发生率为活动主题,开展跌倒现状调查及原因分析、设定活动目标、制定及实施对策等品管圈活动。结果开展品管圈活动后,住院患者跌倒发生率由活动前的1.23‰下降至活动后的0.41‰(P<0.01),患者满意率从94.1%上升到96.7%(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动能有效降低住院患者的跌倒发生率及提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle（ QCC） activities in decreasing the accidental fall rate of inpatients. Methods Set up a QCC aimed to decrease the accidental fall rate of hospitalized patients. The activities such as investigation and analysis of current situation of falls,setobjectives,develop and implementcountermeasures were carried out. Results After the QCC activities,the accidental fall rate of hospitalized patientsdecreased to 0. 41‰,the satisfaction of patients raised to 96. 7%,compared with the those before QCC,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 01）. Conclusions The QCC activities can decrease the accidental fall rateand raise the satisfaction ofhospitalized patients.
