摘要
目的研究消化道恶性肿瘤患者营养风险发生情况。方法选择2013年10月1日-12月30日大庆人民医院消化科病房确诊住院的160例消化道恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用NRS2002进行营养风险筛查,了解患者存在的营养风险状况。结果营养不良发生率为14.4%(23/160),营养风险发生率34.4%(55/160),胃癌患者营养风险发生率是58.3%(60/103),食管癌营养风险发生率为70.0%(21/30),营养风险组BMI及血清白蛋白均低于无营养风险组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),营养风险组干预后BMI及血清白蛋白均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消化道恶性肿瘤患者存在的营养风险,应进行合理的临床营养支持。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk in gastrointestinal cancer patients.Methods Totally160 patients,were diagnosedas gastrointestinal cancer during October 1thand December 30th2013 in Daqing People's Hospital,were enrolled in this study. NRS2002 was used to scanning the nutritional risk.Results Twenty- three( 14. 4%) patients were found to have malnutrition,fifty- five( 34. 4%) patients were found to have nutrition risk,58. 3% of gastric cancer patients were proved tounder nutrition risk,34. 4% of esophageal cancer patients were under nutrition risk. The parameters of BMI and ALB of the patients"not under risk"were lower than the patients"under risk",thedifferences were statistically significant( P 〈0. 01). BMI and ALBof the patients"under risk"were significantly increased after intervention( P〈 0. 01). Conclusions The incidence of nutritional risk in gastrointestinal cancer patients is high,adequate clinical nutritional support should be taken for them.
