摘要
考虑到目前我国舰载直升机保障能力评估方面存在数据不完整、评估指标关联度不确定的问题,研究了基于熵物元的舰载直升机保障能力评估模型。在通过调研并考虑舰载直升机保障实际情况的基础上,构建了保障能力评估指标体系,建立了基于信息熵的权重模型;在保障能力评估中运用了物元分析法,有效解决了指标关联度不确定的问题。实例分析表明该模型实用性较强,过程简单,适合现阶段舰载直升机保障能力评估问题的研究,具有一定的应用价值。
In view of the condition that the data is not complete and relevancy of evaluation index is notconfirmed during the evaluation of shipboard helicopter guarantee capability,the evaluation model of ship-board helicopter guarantee capability based on entropy matter-element is studied. The evaluation systemand the weight model based on entropy are constructed according to investigation of the reality of shipboardhelicopter guarantee. The method of matter-element is used to evaluate guarantee capability and the prob-lem of index connection indetermination is resolved. The analysis shows that the model is practical and hasa certain value; moreover,the model is appropriate for evaluation of shipboard helicopter guarantee capabil-ity at the present stage.
