摘要
【目的】研究钩藤(犝狀犮犪狉犻犪狉犺狔狀犮犺狅狆犺狔犾犾犪)种子的发芽条件,为钩藤种子检验和种子质量标准的制定提供参考.【方法】采用单因素试验法研究种子来源、发芽温度、光照和抑菌处理等因素对钩藤种子发芽的影响.【结果】钩藤种子发芽的适宜温度为20~25℃;黑暗不利于钩藤种子的发芽,每天应固定给予部分光照;无菌水处理的种子发芽率和发芽势最高,发霉种子也较少;来源于广西融水县的种子发芽率和发芽势最高.【结论】钩藤种子整体发芽率较低,不同温度、光照、消毒处理及不同来源的种子的发芽率有显著差异.
Objective]To study the conditions of Uncaria rhynchophylla seed germination such as temperature,light and disinfection,and provide references for testing and quality standards ofUncaria rhynchophylla seed.[Methods]The effect of seed resource,test germi-nation temperature,illumination and antibacterial treatment on seed germination ofUncaria rhynchophylla was detected using single factor method.[Results]The optimal germination temperature forUncaria rhynchophylla seed is from 20℃ to 25℃;Darkness will suppress the seed germination ofUncaria rhynchophylla,so partial light should be given fixedly ever-y day.The seeds treated with sterile water show the highest germination rate,germinability and less moldy seed.The seeds with highest germination rate and germinability come from Rongshui,Guangxi.[Conclusion]Germination rate ofUncaria rhynchophylla seed is low,and seeds with different temperatures,light,disinfection treatment and from different places show significant difference in germination.
