This article discusses the establishment and significance of multiple organ failure biobank in military action. Learning the establishment and management of domestic existing biobank,we discuss the biobank system and facilities,and the management method of biobank. We can regularly and scientifically manage the biological samples of multiple organ failure. It is conducive to make use of samples reasonably and effectively,and to avoid samples wasted. Multiple organ failure samples are very precious and rare in military,so it is necessary to build such a special biobank and important to scientifically,manage these samples reasonably and regularly.
