摘要
学校制度本身是一种重要的教育资源,任一形式的学校制度都在传递道德的态度和价值观。基于对C市T中学学校德育制度进行的诊断分析表明:由于学校中存在的管理主义思维、德性与规范的关系混同、单一的教育质量观以及德育工作定位不准等原因,当前中学普遍存在着德育制度的过密化、德育评价的去道德化、德育与教学的融合不够、德育队伍专业化水平不高等问题,通过分析和理清问题的内在机理及其结构,提出优化和改进前述问题的措施。
As an important educational resource, the school system passes the attitude towards morality and values. According to analysison moral education system of T middle school in C city, some problems including involution of moral systems, de-morality in evaluations,less integration between moral education and teaching and relatively lower specialized level in teaching groups still exist in middle schools.This article analyses these problems and their internal structures, and proposes measurements to optimize and solve them.
