大学图书馆是学校的三大支柱之一,它在强化学生文化素质教育和学生职业生涯规划方面的作用非同小可.本文先从大学图馆开发学生的智力,满足学生的精神需求,提高其思想道德素质,营造大学生思想健康成长的轻松学习环境和开发大学生学习创新能力四方面分析了大学图书馆与大学生文化素质教育的关系;最后提出了大学图书馆为大学生制订职业生涯规划的措施。

University＇s libraries are one of the three top supports in schools, in strengthening the students＇ culturalquality education and the role of students＇ career planning. This article first analyzes from the university library to developthe students＇ intelligence, meets the demand of the spirit of the students, improves their ideological and moral qualities,and builds the healthy growth of college students＇ ideological and relaxed learning environment and the development ofcollege students＇ innovation ability analysis from four aspects of the relationship between university＇s library and collegestudents＇ cultural quality education; Finally, the university＇s library of career planning for college students is proposed.
