摘要
基于静电场水滴聚结和沉降分离机理,进行静电聚结脱水试验,研究含水量、电压等因素对脱水效果的影响。在海上平台试验研究的基础上,优化静电聚结工艺流程和设计参数,提出海上高含水油田的原油脱水技术方案。试验结果表明,施加静电场作用后,原油含水率显著降低;原油脱水率会随乳化液含水量增加而逐渐降低,并随电压的提高和沉降时间的增加而不断增大。静电聚结原油脱水技术可简化原油处理流程,提高油水分离效率并减小设备尺寸。
Based on mechanism of water coalescence and separation,the experiment of crude oil de-hydration was completed,and then the effect of different factors on dehydration was analyzed on the results.The process and design were optimized and the technical solution for high-water oil fields was given by the test on the offshore platform.The test results show that water content in oil decreases due to the electrostatic field.The dehydration rate decreases with the increase of wa-ter content,while it enlarges by increasing the voltage and time.The technology for crude oil de-hydration by electrostatic coalescence will simplify the process of crude oil separation,increase separation efficiency and decrease size.
