摘要
TLP海洋钻井平台的升沉运动和摇摆运动会对井架产生动态载荷,影响井架的安全性能。为了保证钻井作业的安全,以流花油田为例,在作业工况(风速为36m/s)、2种风暴工况(风速分别是51.5m/s,55.4m/s)条件下,采用ANSYS软件分析了5 000m套装井架的强度和稳定性能。分析结果表明,当考虑TLP平台附加的动载荷时,按照AISC(335-89)规定的校核公式对井架各单元进行校核,强度和稳定性的综合校核值已接近校核系数的极限值,存在安全隐患。因此,对于TLP平台上的钻井套装井架,在结构件选型设计时必须对局部结构进行加强,并进行严格的安全评估。
The heave and swing of TLP will generate dynamic load on the derrick,thus affecting the safety performance of the derrick.In order to guarantee the safety of drilling operation,taking Liuhua oilfield as an example,an analysis on strength and stability of a 5000m vertical assembly derrick has been done.The analysis has been finished with ANSYS,under operation condition (wind speed 36 m/s)and two extreme conditions (wind speed 51.5 m/s and 55.4 m/s).Analysis results show that when considering additional dynamic load of TLP,there will be safety risks for the unity check values of some elements of the derrick are very closed to 1.0 in accordance with the check formulas in AISC (335-89)regulation.So for TLP drilling derrick,the local strengthen and rigorous safety assessment must be done during structure type selection design.
