落后地区农村非失地高龄农民养老收入来源探析——以甘肃省东部T村为例

Pension Income Source of Elderly Farmers in the Poor Rural Areas:Take the Example of T Village in the Eastern Part of the Gansu Province

我国已经步入老龄化社会,随着医疗水平的不断提高,人们的寿命普遍延长,特别是在广大的农村地区,高龄老人的数量急剧增长。随之而来的是高龄老人的养老问题,养老问题的关键在于养老收入的充裕,从养老收入的来源入手,探讨其存在的问题及完善的措施,以助力于养老问题的解决及和谐社会的建设。

Our country has entered the aging society.with the improvement of medical treatment,people live longer, especially in the vast rural areas where there are the rapid growth of the number of the elderly.Followed by the pension problems of the elderly,The key problem of providing for the aged is reasonable use and abundant about old-age pension income.However,there are serious problems about old-age income on the source and endowment income .This paper focuses on the sources of pension exploring the problems and improvement measures of old-age income to solve the pension problem and construction of harmonious society.
