摘要
针对变速箱零部件数量多、装配复杂等问题,文章提出以DELMIA为平台,对其进行虚拟装配过程仿真研究。为了解决变速箱装配方案这一难题,提出了基于拆卸法、组件识别法和装配关联图法三者相结合的装配序列规划方法,并在DELMIA环境下,对变速箱的箱体及其中一根轴的装配过程进行仿真,最后通过干涉碰撞检测和甘特图对其装配方案进行验证和优化。干涉分析与仿真验证表明,该方法能够有效地提高变速箱的装配质量、降低研制成本、缩短产品开发周期。
Aiming at the problems of numerous parts and complex assembly of gearbox ,this paper pro‐poses using DELMIA as a platform for its virtual assembly process .In order to solve the difficult problem of gearbox assembly scheme ,a new assembly sequence planning method is put forward , w hich combines disassembly method ,component identification method and assembly relation graph method .The assembly process of the gearbox and a shaft in DELMIA environment is simulated .Fi‐nally ,the assembly scheme is validated and optimized through collision detection and Gantt charts . The results of interference analysis and simulation verification show that this method can effectively improve the assembly quality ,reduce development cost and shorten product development cycle .
