摘要
汽车零部件寿命一般服从于非对称分布的威布尔分布,BX寿命是基于威布尔分布理论对汽车零部件产品可靠性评价的具体应用。文章提出了B10寿命的基本概念,导出B10寿命理论公式,以2组发动机后支承胶垫台架疲劳寿命实验数据为例,应用B10公式进行对比分析,对两者的可靠性进行评价,由此说明采用B10寿命来评价汽车零部件的品质比其他评价方法更合理。
T he life of automobile parts generally obeys the Weibull distribution that is asymmetric dis‐tribution .B X life is the practical application of the reliability evaluation based on the theory of Weibull distribution of automobile parts .In this paper ,the basic concept of the B10 life is proposed and the B10 life theory formulas are deduced .Taking the fatigue‐life experimental data of the back support pads of two engines as an example ,the B10 formulas are applied to analyzing and evaluating the reliability between the two samples .The results indicate that the evaluation method using the B10 life to evaluate the quality of the automobile parts is more reasonable than others .
