Discussion on the Feasibility of Using Policy Finance as a Means to Promote the Development of Standardization

作为实施国家战略的强大手段,政策性金融已经被世界各国所普遍采取,并在关系国计民生的各方面发挥了越来越重要的作用。标准作为引导和推动经济发展和社会进步的重要抓手,需要更加有效的实施手段。本文探索性地将标准和政策性金融相结合,提出了以政策性金融为手段,来促进我国标准化事业发展的设想,并分析了其内在的合理性和必要性。

As the powerful method for actualizing national strategies, policy finance has generally been adopted by many countries around the world, and played a more and more important role in a lot of fields associated with the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. As the means of guiding and promoting economic development and social progress, standards still need more effective implementation methods. In this paper, by the exploratory combination of standards and policy finance, we expect a bold idea on promoting the implementation of standards with policy financial means and analyze the internal rationality and necessity of this idea.
