秦统治思想与标准化刍议

Rustic Opinion on Qin Ruling Thought and Standardization

秦统治思想以商鞅变法后形成的标准化的功利思想为基础,以标准化的"农战"价值观为导向,以标准化的"刑赏"手段为实现方式;通过引入标准化管理理念,并在众多领域开展了大规模的标准化探索,促进了在秦国原有"农战"价值观的基础上产生的以法治国的法制化理念发展为绝对化的中央集权体制,以及法制化、标准化的统治理念,并且深刻影响了此后中国的国家统治思想。以此为出发点,本文主要以秦代(包括秦统一以前秦国时期)状况为研究对象,从其思想基础、价值观、制度化、法制化等方面对秦统治思想进行了研究和阐述。

The ruling thought of Qin Dynasty was based on standardized utilitarianism after the Reform of Shang Yang, which was oriented by the standardization value of “thoughts of agriculture and war”, and implemented by means of “sentencing”. By introducing the management thoughts of standardization and exploring at a large scale the standardization in various fields, the ruling thought of legalization based on “thoughts of agriculture and war” developed into the absolute centralization system which was featured by legalization and standardization. And it leaves a deep influence to China’s ruling ideas afterwards. Based on this starting point, this paper mainly targets at Qin Dynasty（including Qin State before the unified period） to study and elaborate the ruling thought of Qin Dynasty from its ideological basis, values, institutionalization and legalization,etc.
