摘要
以苯乙酮及其衍生物为原料,经SeO2氧化、与乙二胺脱水环合两步反应,高产率得到2-芳基-5,6-二氢吡嗪类化合物,并利用1 H NMR、13 C NMR和HRMS等波谱技术对目标化合物结构进行了表征.
2-Aryl-5,6-dihydropyrazine could be easily prepared in high yields with the commercially available acetophenone as the starting materials,followed by the oxidation with selenium dioxide and the cyclization with ethanediamine,respectively.Their structures of the products were characterized by 1 H NMR,13 CNMR and HRMS.
