摘要
不锈钢具有良好的抗腐蚀性、良好的耐磨性、适中的强度和较低的维修成本,广泛应用于框架结构、交通运输、采矿和石化等工业领域。如果将不锈钢的焊缝晶粒细化,就会显著提高不锈钢的力学和材料服役性能。本文介绍了多种细化不锈钢焊缝组织的方法,主要有微合金化、振动结晶、A-TIG焊接和脉冲电流焊接等。经过比较,说明高频脉冲焊接是一种具有发展前景的细化焊缝晶粒的方法。
Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and moderate intensity, good abrasion resistance and low maintenance cost, widely used in transportation frame structure, petrifaction and mining industries. If the weld grain of stainless steel is refined, the mechanical properties can be significantly improved, the material service performance can be also improved. So as to enlarge its application field and range. In the paper, it was introduced that some kinds of methods for refining welded organization of stainless steel, about micro alloying, vibration crystal,A-TIG welding and pulse electric current welding, etc. After comparison, the method of the high-frequency pulse welding is a prospect.
