摘要
为降低干线公路安全风险,做到交通事故的提前预防。将预警管理理论应用于干线公路安全预警,将干线公路预警系统分为数据采集、安全评价和报警判定三个子系统。数据采集阶段,根据干线公路特点建立了干线公路安全预警评价指标体系。安全评价阶段,运用可柘物元评价模型,对干线公路安全等级进行计算。根据等级计算结果,在报警阶段进行相应级别的响应。以G107河南省安阳县路段作为实例,结果显示,该路段在2008年安全等级为Ⅲ级,预警级别为橙色,且自2008年至2012年安全状况有逐渐变好的趋势。最后,基于预警管理理论思想,提出了优化干线公路安全预警的应对策略,以期为干线公路突发事件的预警提供理论支持。
To reduce the risk of trunk highway safety and prevent accident in advance,The trunk highway warning system is divided into three subsystems called data acquisition,safety assessment and alarm determination with early warning management theory applied to trunk highway safety warning.In the data acquisition phase,establish a security warning evaluation index system according to the characteristics of trunk highway.With using the extension element evaluation model calculate trunk highway safety level in the next phase.In the alarm stage,take the appropriate response of corresponding level according to the result level.Take one section of G107 named Anyang County for example,the result shows that its security level of 2008 is Ⅲ and its alert level is orange.Furthermore,the road's security situation from 2008 to 2012 the has gradually becomes better.Finally,according to the early warning management theory,put forward some countermeasures to optimize trunk road safety management and wish this research can provide some theoretical support for trunk road emergency warning.
