摘要
论文介绍了锻造工艺能耗高、排放大的特点,并对锻造工艺的资源消耗和环境影响属性进行分析,建立锻造加工资源环境过程模型。根据过程模型建立了锻造工艺能耗矩阵和排放矩阵,并以2.5吨皮带锤为例,对能耗进行计算和分析。
This paper introduces the forging process of high energy consumption,emission characteristics,and resource consumption and en-vironmental impact analysis of the attributes of the forging process,the environmental process forging processing resource model has been es-tablished.Process energy consumption and emissions of forging matrix matrix is established based on the process model,and with 2.5 tons of belt hammer as an example,calculation and analysis of energy consumption.
