摘要
某化工机械轴承座检测试验中,在未达到使用标准情况下而发生疲劳断裂,出现早期振动疲劳损伤,以及在实际工作时偏心失衡或过载超负荷运行,而导致轴承座法兰产生疲劳裂纹扩展直至断裂。论文根据轴承座的基本结构和实际工况下受力进行分析研究,采用材料元素分析、光学显微镜等测试手段,从材料成分、断口形貌等角度,分析了轴承座断裂失效原因,为轴承座断裂失效及相关动力学研究提供了更可靠的理论和实际依据。
As is shown in a test aimed at a chemical machine,there appear fatigue fractures or early fatigue damage in its bearing blocks when used below standard conditions.Actual work also proves that imbalance and overload will cause the expansion of cracks or even fatigue frac-tures.Based on the basic structure of bearing blocks and the force analysis in actual work,the study tries to find out the reasons for the frac-ture of bearing blocks in the aspect of material composition and morphology of fracture,by employing material element analysis and optical microscopes.Therefore,it serves as a more reliable theoretical and practical foundation for bearing failure and related dynamics research.
