摘要
论文介绍了应用电流模PWM器的高效率开关稳压电源的基本原理,更具体清晰地提出了一种利用Bic/DMOS开关式控制芯片Si9112,来设计电源供电系统中DC/DC变换器的电路实例,该电路结构简单,易于集成,功率损耗小,对于从事电子技术的人员具有很好的实际参考价值。
This paper introduces the basic principle of the high-efficient switching power supply of applied current-mode PWM converter,and more specifically and more clearly puts forward a kind of circuit example in which Bic/DMOS switching control chip Si9112 is used to design the DC/DC converter in power supply system.The structure of this circuit is simple,easy to be integrated and the power loss is very small.It has good practical reference value for personnel who are engaged in electronic technology.
