摘要
油液污染是引起支架搬运车液压系统故障的主要因素。旨在提高支架搬运车液压系统工作的可靠性和使用寿命,研究分析油液污染的来源、成因及危害,结合支架搬运车生产、使用和维护的特点,提出了液压系统污染的控制措施。
The oil pollution is the main factor causing the failure of the hydraulic system of the longwall chock carrier.To improve the relia-bility and the service life of the hydraulic system,the causes and harm of oil pollution were researched in consideration of the characteristics of the longwall chock carrier.The solutions to control the pollution of hydraulic system was put forward in this paper.
