摘要
论文结合某板簧有限公司实际生产情况,运用线性规划对钢板弹簧的下料工序进行分析,以节省材料为目标,建立数学优化模型,利用软件win QSB求解,得出最优下料方案。同时对采用优化后的下料方案进行经济性分析,明显降低了企业生产成本。该方法的使用对企业降低生产成本和提高市场竞争力具有广泛的实用价值。
In this paper,blanking process analysis on a leaf spring is carried out by using linear programming,combined with the actual production situation of a leaf spring co..In order to meet the target of saving material,a mathematical optimization model is established.An optimal discharge scheme is obtained by using the software win QSB.At the same time optimized economic analysis on discharge scheme was conducted.The results show that the scheme can reduce the production cost of the enterprise,which has extensively practical value and can be applied in enterprise to help them lower production cost and raise their market competitiveness.
