海洋工程装备中沉浮安全装置监控系统的设计

摘要 针对恶劣天气对海洋装备的破坏,介绍了一种海洋工程装备领域中运用ARM Cortex-M3为CPU的沉浮安全装置的监控系统,并且设计了该监控系统的硬件部分以及软件部分。考虑到海洋环境的特殊性,该监控系统能多点监测安全装置周围的海洋环境,通过使沉浮安全装置携带海洋装备下潜一定的深度来躲避恶劣的环境。试验证明:该沉浮安全装置配合监控系统能够在恶劣的海洋环境中正常的工作,并且能实现多点环境监测和数据的处理。 Because of the damage on marine equipment by bad weather,a monitoring system of marine sink-float safety device is introduced us-ing the ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller which is used in marine engineering equipment field,and the hardware and software architectures of the monitoring system are also designed.The designed monitoring system used in sink-float safety device which can multi-point monitor marine environment around the safety device,the marine sink-float safety device can carry marine equipment to escape the harsh marine en-vironment by submergence a certain depth.By this way,we can make sure marine equipment work safely.The results of experimental is the sink-float safety device accompany with the monitoring system can work normally in the harsh marine environment,and the accomplishment of multi-point environment monitor as well as data management are achieved effectively.The normal work and safety of equipment are en-sured in the marine engineering equipment.
