摘要
目前有单位为加强航空发动机故障监测,人为缩短油液采样周期,结果发现故障征兆被监控发现的概率却在降低。论文从发动机润滑系统模型入手,分析了采样周期与磨粒数据之间关系,探讨了油液监控采样周期对发动机故障监控的影响,对发动机油液监控工作提出了具体建议。
Some institution shortened the oil sample period by man-made for strengthening air engine fault monitor.The result is some de-crease in probability of finding fault.The paper studied engine lubricant system model initially,then analyzed the relation between sample pe-riod and wear particles data,discussed the effect of sample period for fault monitor,tabled some proposal at last.
