摘要
分析顶压试验不满足要求的主要原因,主要是侧围立柱变形过大,导致弯曲失稳;侧围与地板、驾驶室大梁之间缺乏有效的传力路径。随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,汽车安全受到格外重视。与乘用车相比,商用车的被动安全性能研究显然要滞后一些。目前,各大商用车厂商开发的车型都以平头车为主,相比于长头车,其视野更好,但是平头车驾驶员与车辆最前端距离变短,一旦发生正面碰撞事故,汽车前端的吸能缓冲区间很小,驾驶员将没有足够的生存安全空间。
Since the national standard, THE PROTECTION OF THE OCCUPANT OF THE CAB OF A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE carried out from January 1,2012, all new commercial vehicles must satisfy this regulation. By reference to the national standard, this article carries on the simulated analysis of one new commercial vehicle, the results show that with the optimization scheme, the vehicle structure has meet the requirement of dummy security living space in pendulum impact tests, rearwall testsas well as the roof strength tests.
