基于数值模拟的中部槽多层多道焊接温度场研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用SYSWELD有限元软件,针对某型号中部槽之中板和槽帮间的多层多道焊接过程中的温度场进行了数值模拟.利用修正的双椭球热源,模拟了双丝电弧焊枪的移动加热过程,得到了焊接过程中不同时刻的温度场云图,给出了热影响区和焊缝表面特定点的温度时间曲线.所得曲线和云图可以比较真实的反映中部槽焊接时温度场情况,为进一步研究中部槽的焊接变形和焊接残余应力问题奠定了基础,为指导中部槽的焊接生产提供了参考. Temperature field for multi-layer and multi-pass welding of the middle pan was simulated by SYSWELD code. The mobile heating process of twin wire arc welding was simulated by the modified double ellipsoid heat source. The welding temperature field when different welding-passes of the middle pan were obtained. The temperature histories of specified node were drawn which to appoint on the centerline and in the heat-affected zone of the fifth weld pass. The results show that both the temperature field and temperature-time diagram are in accordance with the fact. These lay a foundation for study of welding deformation field and residual stress field for middle pan, and also provide available reference for the weld manufacture of middle pan.
