摘要
研究了配方及加工工艺对PVC木塑复合材料冲击强度的影响。结果表明:1最佳配方为PVC 100份、木粉35份、ADC发泡剂4份、加工改性剂ACR 40115份、复合热稳定剂4份;2最佳挤出工艺为口模段温度170℃、牵引速度1.6 m/min、冷却水温度10℃。
The influence of formulation and processing technology on impact strength of PVC/wood composites were studied. The results showed that: (1) the optimum formula was PVC 100, wood flour 35, ADC foaming agent 4, processing modifier ACR 401 15 and composite heat stabilizer 4 parts; (2) the best extrusion process was die section temperature 170℃, traction speed 1.6 m/min and cool water temperature 10℃.
