燃煤烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术研究进展 被引量:40

摘要 燃煤烟气是二氧化硫和氮氧化物的最主要来源,对生态环境影响极大。开发技术简单,投资少,运行成本低,具有良好运行性能的脱硫脱硝一体化技术已成为各国控制烟气污染的研发热点。文章重点介绍已成熟或尚在研究的各种固相吸附/再生脱硫脱硝法、气/固催化脱硫脱硝法、液相脱硫脱硝法和高能电子活化氧化法等一体化技术及其最新进展,分析了相关技术原理、优缺点及应用前景。立足于中国基本国情,分析了大力发展和推广燃煤烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术的必要性和紧迫性。 Coal-fired flue gas was the main source of SO2 and NOx ,which had a great impact on the ecological environment.The develop-ment of simple technology,low investment and operation cost,good operation performance desulfurization and denitration integration tech-nologies had become the control of flue gas pollution research focus in many countries.This paper mainly introduced the solid phase adsorp-tion/ regeneration study of desulfurization denitration method,gas/ solid catalytic desulfurization denitration method,liquid-phase desulfu-rization denitration method and high energy electron activation oxidation integration technique and its recent progress.Some of above tech-nologies were mature,some were being researched.Then the related technical principles,advantages and disadvantages and the application prospects were analyzed.Finally,based on the basic national conditions in China,the author researched the necessity and urgency of develo-ping and popularizing coal-fired flue gas desulfurization denitration integrated technologies.
