维生素D对老年人肌肉减少症的作用及其机制的研究进展 被引量:12

The effect and mechanism of Vitamin D supplement on sarcopenia

摘要 随着年龄增长,老年人身体成分发生重要变化,表现为骨骼肌质量、力量和(或)功能逐渐下降,即肌肉减少症.由于诊断标准和方法的不同,导致肌肉减少症的发病率不尽相同.目前,最新的亚洲专家共识总结了亚洲国家和地区肌肉减少症的发病率.其中香港采用双能X线吸收法(DEXA法),得出70岁以上老年男性发病率为12.3%,女性为7.6%.肌肉占人体蛋白质储存的60%,骨骼肌质量的减少直接导致力量减弱这一功能性损害.
