Ag纳米线的一步法合成和导电性能原位测量 被引量:3

Direct synthesis of Ag nanowires and in-situ testing of their electrical property

摘要 以硝酸银、乙二醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为原料,采用一步法化学合成Ag纳米线。研究了合成温度对产物的影响,发现合成温度为160℃时能得到直径约60 nm的均匀的Ag纳米线,温度过高或过低都仅能得到Ag纳米颗粒。采用原位测试系统测量了单根Ag纳米线的导电性能,测得其电导率约1.5!105S/cm。 Ag nanowires were synthesized directly using silver nitrate, ethylene glycol and poly (vinyl pyrrolidone). The influence of reaction temperature on the synthetic product was investigated. Ag nanowires with a diameter of 60 nm could be synthesized at 160℃. When the temperature was higher or lower than 160 ℃, only Ag nanoparticles were obtained. The electrical property of Ag nanowire was about 1.5 × 10^5 S/cm in nanomaterials in-situ measuring system.
