摘要 足细胞表达瞬时受体电位通道蛋白6(TRPC6),TRPC家族是一类能通透钙离子的非选择性阳离子通道,近年来,研究发现TRPC6参与了血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)诱导足细胞损伤的病理生理过程。本文就TRPC6一般特性及参与AngⅡ诱导足细胞损伤的信号传导机制作一简述。 Podocytes express canonical transient receptor potential-6 (TRPC6), which is a nonselective, Ca(2+)-permeable, cationic channel. Increasing evidence indicates that TRPC6 is involved in AII-induced podocytc injury through pathological calcium signaling in glomerular pathophysiology. This study summarizes the properties of TRPC6 and the signal transmission mechanisms of TRPC6-mediated and AII -induced podocyte injury.
