老年高血压患者血压季节变化与血管紧张素Ⅱ相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨老年高血压患者血压季节变化的机制.方法选择62例老年原发性高血压病患者比较夏季和冬季血压及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)水平.结果冬季血压较夏季升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时冬季血浆AngⅡ水平较夏季升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论老年高血压患者血压存在明显季节性变化,血压季节性变化与血浆AngⅡ升高有关. Objective To investigate the mechanism of seasonal variation of blood pressure in elder patients with essential hypertension. Methods The blood pressure and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) of 62 elder patients with essential hypertension in summer and winter were compared. Results The blood pressure in winter was higher than that in summer, and the difference was statistical significant (P 〈0.05) . Meanwhile, the level of plasma Ang Ⅱ in winder was higher than that in summer, and the difference was statistical significant (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion There is obvious seasonal rhythm changes in blood pressure of elder patients with essential hypertension, and the seasonal change of blood pressure is related with elevated plasma AngⅡ.
