摘要
依靠科技进步发展特色农业、创建特色农产品品牌是在工业化进程中解决农业比较效益低下、农民收入降低问题的重要举措。文章在分析上海依靠农业科技促进农产品附加值提升现状的基础上,剖析了上海农产品附加值提升中存在的特色农产品规模小、成本高、包装简单、深加工不足等问题,最后提出从依靠科技进步提高产业化水平、增强营销力度、完善支持政策等角度提升上海特色农产品附加值的对策建议。
By relying on scientific and technological progress and development of characteristic agriculture, creating characteristics of agricultural brand both are the important measures to reduce the farmers'income problem and solve agricultural comparative low benefit in the process of industrialization. The paper analyzes small-scale,high cost and insufficient packaging,deep processing deficiencies during enhancing the added value of agricultural products, proposes policy suggestions on enhancing the added value of characteristic agricultural products by relying on the progress of science and technology improving the level of industrialization, enhancing marketing efforts, improving the support policy.
