摘要
研究了粪草类、纤维类、草本类、木腐类4类菇渣发酵前后主要理化性状的变化情况,对比4类菇渣发酵产物与草炭的理化性质,并探讨其潜在用途。结果表明:粪草类菇渣发酵后物理性状改善不明显,且部分化学性状变差,所以此类菇渣不宜再次发酵,宜作为有机肥直接还田;纤维类、草本类、木腐类菇渣发酵后各项指标均优于发酵前,发酵后多数理化指标接近草炭,部分指标优于草炭。这3类菇渣经充分发酵后,可替代草炭用于配制工厂化育苗和无土栽培用基质。
The changes of four wastes of mushroom culture(feces and grass, fiber, herbs and rotten wood)before and after fermentation were investigated and compared with turf in terms of physical and chemical properties,and the four wastes' potential uses were also discussed. The results indicated that after composting the feces and grass improved insignificantly in physical properties and became worse in some chemical properties, thus being not suitable for fermenting again but suitable for directly returning to field;The fiber,herbs and rotten wood after composting were better in all the indicators than those before composting,being near to turf in most of physical and chemical indicators and even superior to turf in some indicators. Those three wastes via full fermentation could be a substitute for turf in compounding soilless culture substrate used for factory seedling culture.
