逐渐干旱和复水对牡丹光合特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以牡丹品种‘洛阳红’和‘乌龙捧盛’盆栽苗为试材,通过测定和分析净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cond)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)等光合参数的变化研究逐渐干旱和复水对牡丹光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的增加,两个牡丹品种的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率均呈逐渐下降的趋势;复水后,各指标均有所上升,但与对照比较,有所下降,有些指标恢复到对照水平;在不同水分处理时,‘洛阳红’净光合速率和水分利用效率均高于‘乌龙捧盛’,表明‘洛阳红’的耐旱性可能更强。 Two potted Paeonia suffruticosa cultivars ' Luoyang Hong' and ' Wulong Pengsheng' were used as test materials, and the effects of gradual drought and seedling-recovering watering on their photosynthetic characteristics were investigated through measuring and analyzing the variations of such photosynthetic parameters as net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Cond),intercellular CO/ concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr)and water use efficiency (WUE). The results showed that the Pn, Cond, Ci, Tr and WUE of both cultivars presented a trend of gradual decrease with the increase of drought stress intensity;After seedling-recovering watering,all the indexes somewhat increased but were lower than those of the control though some indexes returned to the control level;In the process of different water treatments, the Pn and WUE of 'Luoyang Hong' were higher than those of 'Wulong Pengsheng',indicating that the drought resistance of 'Luoyang Hong' could be better.
