摘要 老年髋部股骨转子间和股骨颈骨折十分常见。65岁以下老年人、无移位股骨颈骨折早期首选内固定,65岁以上老年人股骨颈骨折、有移位骨折可一期关节置换。移位、不稳定的老年股骨转子间骨折首选内固定治疗,可做人工股骨头或全髋关节置换,但是指征应从严掌握。损害控制技术较适合老年髋部骨折的救治。 Femoral neck and /or intertrochanteric hip fractures in the elderly are frequent .Osteosynthesis should normally be reserved for undisplaced fractures and fractures in the patients younger than 65 years.Patients over 65 years old with displaced femoral neck fractures should be treated with arthroplasty ,usually hemiarthroplasty . Internal fixation is the treatment of choice for intertrochanteric hip fractures .Total hip arthroplasty seems to be more reliable for special patients or salvage procedure for failed intertrochanteric fracture fixation .Damage control ortho-paedics is benificial for the treatment of elderly patients with hip fractures .
