应用Activator肌激动器治疗儿童AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错（牙合）的临床观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察应用Activator肌激动器对儿童生长发育期的AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错（牙合）治疗效果.方法选择替牙列后期或恒牙列早期的AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错（牙合）畸形患者12例,男6例,女6例,年龄（12.6±0.8）岁,X线头颅定位侧位片示主要表现为下颌后缩及轻微上颌前突,上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角（ANB》＞5°12例病例均应用Activator肌激动器进行功能矫治.结果平均疗程10个月,X线投影测量结果分析：侧貌改善明显,前颅底平面-下齿槽座点角（SNB）增大（P＜0.05）,ANB角明显减小（P＜0.05）.结论 Activator肌激动器治疗儿童生长发育期的AngleⅡ类Ⅰ分类错（牙合）可以重塑上下颌在矢状向关系上的协调,使深覆（牙合）、深覆盖得以纠正,有效地改善软组织侧貌,是一种疗效肯定的功能性矫治器.
