全髋关节置换术后假体周围感染的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 全髋关节置换术（total hip arthroplasty,THA）是目前临床上一种用来治疗严重的髋关节骨性关节炎、股骨头缺血坏死等疾病的手术方法,旨在缓解关节疼痛、僵硬和矫正关节畸形.但这项手术也存在一些术后并发症,如血管和神经损伤、血栓形成和感染,其中,假体周围感染是最严重的并发症之一,因此也备受骨关节外科医生的关注.而寻找致使假体周围感染的病因、探索更有效的早期诊断假体周围感染的方法,以及改进治疗方法等已成为当今的研究热点.笔者围绕上述热点,总结全髋关节置换术后假体周围感染的病因、诊断和治疗的研究进展作一综述.
