热休克蛋白70对脑缺血性损伤的神经保护研究进展

摘要
缺血性脑血管病是严重威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病,在成人中患病率、病死率和致残率都较高。虽然对其发病机制的了解越来越深入,但目前仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。近来研究发现,脑缺血性损伤发生后除了引起一系列细胞分子水平上的反应导致损伤外,机体还启动内源性保护机制,促进某些特殊蛋白质的合成。
