女性不同基因型沙眼衣原体生殖道感染与临床表现相关性的初步研究 被引量:4

Preliminary Study on the Correlation between Different Genotypes Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection and Clinical Manifestations in Women

摘要 目的:研究不同基因型沙眼衣原体(CT)女性生殖道感染与临床表现的相关性;比较不同基因型CT感染宫颈分泌物中衣原体热休克蛋白60(c HSP60)表达的差异。方法:收集女性CT感染标本60例,巢式PCR扩增外膜蛋白Omp1基因的VS1-VS2序列,扩增产物通过基因测序进行分型。ELISA检测不同基因型沙眼衣原体感染宫颈分泌物中c HSP60表达,分析不同基因型沙眼衣原体感染与临床表现的相关性。结果:60例女性生殖道CT感染阳性标本中E型14例(23.33%),J型14例(23.33%),F型13例(21.67%),G型9例(15%),D型5例(8.33%),不确定型5例(8.33%)。女性生殖道J型CT感染患者宫颈分泌物中c HSP60表达均明显高于E型、F型、G型及D型(P值均<0.05);E型c HSP60水平高于G型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性泌尿生殖道不同基因型CT感染者间的临床表现差异无统计学意义(2=2.42,P>0.05)。结论:女性生殖道CT感染患者中不同基因型CT感染与临床表现之间缺乏关联性,结果尚需扩大样本量进一步确定。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between CT infection with different genotypes and clinical manifestations , and observe cHSP60 expression of cervical secretion in women with CT infection.Methods:VS1-VS2 sequence of major outer membrane protein was amplified by nes-ted PCR in the clinical specimens from 60 women with CT infection , followed by gene sequencing . Expression of cHSP 60 in cervical secretion was detected by ELISA .The correlation between infec-tion of different CT genotypes and clinical manifestations was analyzed .Results:Of 60 CT positive samples, serovars E, J, F, G, D and unidentified were present in 14 ( 23.33%), 14 (23.33%), 13 (21.67%), 9 (15%), 5 (8.33%), and 5 (8.33%) cases respectively.Ex-pression of cHSP60 increased significantly in J serovar compared with other serovars in cervical se-cretion (P〈0.05).Expression of cHSP60 was higher in E genotype than that in G genotpye (P〈0.05 ) .There was no correlation between different CT genotypes and clinical manifestations in women with genital CT infection ( P〉0.05) .Conclusion:There could be no correlation between different CT genotypes and clinical manifestations in women with genital CT infection , but it de-serves to study on large sample size .
