湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法将80例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗,对照组单纯应用微波治疗,分别于治疗第2周和第4周对比观察两组患者阴道出血量、排液量及瘢痕发生情况,并进行6个月的随访,对比观察两组患者复发率。结果治疗组患者的阴道出血量和排液量均明显少于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组患者的瘢痕发生率(3.33%)与对照组(28.57%)相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗组患者的复发率(6.66%)与对照组(33.33%)相比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著,可提高宫颈糜烂的治愈率,减少阴道出血量和排液量,降低复发率和瘢痕发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO combined with micro-wave therapy in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion .Methods The 80 patients with moderate and severe cervical erosion were divided randomly into treatment group and control group , 40 cases each .The treatment group adopted MEBO combined with micro-wave therapy , while the control group adopted micro-wave therapy only .The bleeding volume , apocenosisvolume and scar-ring status in vagina were observed comparatively in the two groups on the 2nd and 4th week of treatment.The follow-up vis-it lasting 6 months was carried out to comparatively observe therecurrence rates of the two groups .Results The bleeding volume and apocenosis volume in vagina of patients in treatment group were all significantly less than that of control group ( P〈0.01 ); the scarring rate for the treatment group was 3.33%, compared to that of control group ( 28.57%) , P〈0.05, the difference was of statistical significance;the recurrence rate for the treatment group was 6.66%, compared to that of control group (33.33%), P〈0.05, the difference was of statistical significance .Conclusion MEBO combined with micro-wave therapy has significant effect on moderate and severe cervical erosion , which can increase healing rate , reduce bleeding and apocenosis volume in vagina , and decrease the recurrence rate and scarring rate , worth being promoted clinically .
