清嗓利咽颗粒治疗慢性单纯性咽炎临床研究

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of Qinsang Liyan Granule on chronic simple pharyngitis

目的观察清嗓利咽颗粒治疗慢性单纯性咽炎的疗效。方法筛查合格的312例慢性单纯性咽炎门诊患者随机分为两组,治疗组156例服用清嗓利咽颗粒,每次0.5包,每日2次,连续服用2周;对照组156例服用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾,每次0.6,每日2次,连续服用2周。疗程结束后,全部患者均随访6月以上。结果疗程结束时,治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为71.2%、90.4%,对照组分别为56.4%、79.5%,差异有统计学意义。疗程结束后3月,治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为64.7%、85.3%,对照组分别为51.3%、70.5%;疗程结束后6月,治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为61.9%、82.1%,对照组分别为35.7%、61.9%;差异均有统计学意义。试验期间均未发现药物不良反应。结论清嗓利咽颗粒治疗慢性单纯性咽炎有较好的疗效,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qinsang Liyan Granule （QSLYG） on chronic simple Pharyngitis based on a clinical trial. Methods Three hundreds and twelve cases with chronic simple pharyngitis were included in this study, randomly divided into two groups with 156 cases in each group, i.e. treating group （TG） received orally taken QSLYG twice a day and controlling group （CG） given Amoxillin plus Clavulanate Potassium Dispersible Tablets for oral taking twice a day. The therapy was lasted for 2 weeks for both groups. Then, all these cases were followed up for more than 6 months to compare their therapeutic response. Results By the end of therapeutic course, the curative rate and the total effective one were 71.2% and 90.4% for TG, while they were 56.4% and 79.5% respectively for CG, with significantly statistical significance. During the following up period, it was found that these two rates were 64.7%, 8523% and 51.3%, 70.5%for TG and CG respectively at the time point of 3 months, followed by the rates of 61.9%, 82,1% and 35.7%, 61.9% for them respectively at the time point of 6 months, still with significantly statistical significance, No obvious adverse effects found among all the cases in this study. Conclusions Qinsang Liyan Granule holds better therapeutic effect on chronic simple pharyngitis, with no significant adverse effects for clinical usage.
